Weekly work schedule:
- The clinic is open from Mon-Friday.
- Appointments both in person and virtually using 20-minute appointment times.
- After hours on call services are provided 75% of the month.
Type of practice:
- Family practice with 5 practitioners.
- Integrated with a mental health team, Community Health Services, and public health.
Benefits and incentives:
- Eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:
o retention Premium 5.95%;
o retention flat fee $6,849;
o recruitment incentive $10,000;
o rural CME starting at $2,200/annum in years 3 & 4 in the community, increasing to a maximum of $4,400/annum after 4 years.
Compensation type:
- Alternative Payment Plan Contract.
- Each full-time position is for 1680 hours annually, we work as a team to develop clinician schedules that work for everyone on the team.
