The SRPC Resident Committee was formally established in April 2004 with Jean Warneboldt being named as the Committee's first Chairperson.
Each spring we will be looking for new members for the SRPC Resident Committee. We are especially interested in new graduates from medical school, who will be PGY1's in the upcoming year. We are looking for a 2 year time commitment if possible, to maintain continuity on the Committee. Please contact the Committee Chairperson for more information.
Requirements include:
SRPC Membership
Interest in rural medicine
Responsibilities include:
Participation in teleconferences with other Resident Committee members.
Speaking to residents in your locale to recruit SRPC members.
Any other skills that you bring (e.g. web page design)
