Survey on Anaphylaxis
There are many controversial issues related to the diagnosis and the management of food allergy and food-induced anaphylaxis which could hamper the ability of the health care provider to provide appropriate treatment. The aim of this study is to compare the attitudes and practice habits of Canadian physcians towards these issues related to food-induced anaphylaxis. We appreciate the time you take to fill out and return this questionnaire. This anonymous survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and your opinion will help us better understand the attitudes towards these controversial and crucial issues among care providers.
