Survey on Anaphylaxis There are many controversial issues related to the diagnosis and the management of food allergy and food-induced anaphylaxis which could hamper the ability of the health care provider to provide appropriate treatment. The aim of this study is to compare the attitudes and practice habits of Canadian physcians towards these issues related to food-induced anaphylaxis.
